Is Cramping, Breast Tenderness With Discharges Normal?

I am a 30 year old female that has had the implanon for 2 years now. I have been getting cramps and breast tenderness for the past few months followed by a UTI. But this month I am having severe cramps, breast tenderness and now I am creating a brown discharge. Is this normal after not having a period for 2 years?
