Is Diarrhea After A Negative C.difficile Test,a Matter Of Concern?

I was recently in the hospital, 5 days for cellulitis and shingles,un related bad luck and on the day I was going to be release sed I delve eloped massive amounts of diareha(sp?). I had to stay an extr day so they could perform the C def test. Which turned out negative. Should I be concerned as the diareha is still happening 4 day later,at home

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea are self limiting if this is nonspecific without any cause or if it is viral infection, along with this if this is watery then it needs to be taken care for hydration, in your case if this is nonspecific then no need to worry about this, still I would advise to send the stool for examination hope this information helps.
