Is Feeling Cold And Chilled Normal?

Please tell me why I feel so cold and chilled whenever I'm indoors? The a/c is on all over the place, but I seem to be the only one that is bothered by it. I am 59 yrs. old. I still get hot flashes every now and then, but mostly I'm cold. The 100 degree weather outside feels pretty good for a while. When I come home from work in the evening I have to lay down and take a 2 hour nap. I am literally chilled with the covers on. When I wake up I'm fine. Everyone says I'm crazy at work because I'm so cold.
