Is Forced Water Usage On Pubic Part Safe?

sir i have urinary problem.... when i was small i used to take forced water to mu pubic part. i got addicted to it. now i m trynig to leave it but its being impossible.will i get any health issues.........or future problem.pls suggest me the way to over come
