Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

The components that make up semen are safe to ingest. Swallowed semen is digested in the same way as food. However, in very rare circumstances, some people might discover that they're allergic to semen. Masturbation dose not affect anyone's health and its safe.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. SAMEEN BIN NAEEM
