Is Headache, light Sensitivity And Dizziness Signs Of A Concussion?

My 12 year old daughter was out hiking this afternoon and around 3 she jumped a creek and in the process of landing on the other side she hit her head on a tree. I did not see it; however, it seems that she hit on the right side. She had glasses on and a baseball cap, which may have hindered or helped in protecting her.
Her head hurts still at this point, light hurts her eyes. Are these signs of a concussion? No vomiting, or nausea....possible dizziness ( she describes it as seeing in the 4th dimension.
She goes in for 6 teeth extractions tomorrow at 8 and she will be going under to do it. Is this a problem?
Thank you
