Is Heel Pain Symptom Of Menopause?

I am 53 years old and going through menopause. Along with the hot flashes, trouble sleeping and mood swings a new symptom has occurred. In the morning when I get up on my feet I have pain in both of my heels. This also happens when I have been sitting for a long period of time. This pain will go away after a minute or two once I start walking around. Could this also be another symptom of menopause?

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
