What Do You Suggest For Irregular Period With Unbearable Pain?

My mother is 48 yrs old and going through irregular periods(menopause stage). She is suffering from unbearable pain today and meftas spas is not providing relief. However usually she gets relief from the tablet. Since past 7-8 months, she got trapped in various diseases/problems like severe dry eyes, lower back pain and heel pain. Currently she is taking the Zerodol SP, Cap Meganeuron OD+, Cap Menopace and few eye drops.
Being sunday nearby gynaes are unavailable. Please guide me to provide her immediate relief from this unbearable pain.
