Is Ice Pack Enough Treatment For Swollen, Bruised Forearm After A Fall?

While working outside I fell on a concrete gutter trap and received a large swelling on my forearm midway between my elbow and my hand. Within a few minutes it swelled up to a 3 in by 1 in bruise. I have placed ice on it. Should I do anything else? I have full movement in my arm and the pain is at a 1 or 2 of 10 level.
