Is Instant Noodles Causing Big Belly And Weight Gain In My Child?
I fed my soon instant noodles for years starting by age 1 and now he has a big belly and seems difficult to loose weight, can you tell me what are the health hazards he may be having now because of the terrible food choice I made, and what can I do to reverse those health risks? Thank you.
Hi...noodles mostly contain maida or putty which is good when taken occasionally...but not regularly as staple diet. I am sorry...I am not accusing you, but please stop it hereafter. I suggest you give the kid natural and culturally acceptable food and it should include all the seasonal fruits and good amount of water. Feed him fruit and vegetable salads before his regular meal and then daily early morning exercise is very much desirable. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
