Is It A Matter Of Concern If Having Rashes Around The Cheeks And Eyes While Having Flu Like Symptoms ?

I have had general flu like symptoms for about 4 days now. I also have a sore, red rash that is mainly on my cheeks and around my eyes. Is this rash a big concern? Or should I just continue to rest and fight the flu in bed.

Dear friend,

It is common to develop rashes on the cheek and around eyes when you have developed flu like infection. You can use lactocalamine lotion to decrease the sense of irritation that is present in the rash areas. Your rashes are not going to give you any permanent defects, these normally decrease as your flu improves. Take care
