Hello and welcome to health care magic.
Combiflam contains 2 drugs - Ibuprofen and Paracetamol
Both these drugs can cause damage to your liver on long term use. The peculiarity of this type of damage is that it is permanent and there is no treatment once that happens. Combiflam is one of most common drugs available over the counter from medical shops and people use it for all kinds of pains without thinking of the consequences.
My advice for you is to stop taking the drug completely and visit a neurologist for your headache. The doctor will find out the exact cause of the pain and will treat it. Request the doctor to do a liver function test as well which will reflect any liver damage that have occurred. Small changes in that test can be treated by Vitamin E preparations like Evion.
There is no meaning in in using pain killers over and over again as they only provide a temporary relief and will not cure the root cause.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
