Is It Lactose Intolerance Or Gastritis Causing Loose Motion After Taking Milk Products Or Skipping A Meal?

hi, i have loose motion every time i have milk products in empty stomach but it is not the same if i have milk after meals. also if i skip a meal, i have gas and again loose motion. in most cases if i have hot n spicy foods after the duration of 8-10 hrs then i frequently have loose motions. and i remember once i had bread which i found it was stale, then i had big problem of loose motion. is it lactose intolerance or gastritis? this problem started 4 years ago when i was in high school, i started to skip meal and used to stay empty stomach of entire day.

Hi, I have read your query and according to me there may be 1)ulcerative colitis 2)milk protien intolrance . So you should get USG abdomen, COLONOSCOPY & blood test .
