Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Having light headedness and
dizziness after an attack of diarrhea well known to occur as there can still be an intestinal infection and/or fluid and
electrolyte imbalance.
The
septicemia can instigate the changes in the ears like semicircular canals and cause the same problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the
stool test done.
Blood for CBC, Serum Electrolytes, Widal for typhoid, liver and kidney functions and any other tests as would be advised by your Doctor on clinical evaluation and examination.
Once diagnosed properly, you can get the proper treatment - specific for the causes found like an antibiotic,
metronidazole and in general symptomatic and supportive as per the findings like Electrolyte solution, plenty of oral fluids and so on.
Take probiotics and multivitamins to tackle the weakness one gets.
Medications for dizziness if required.
