Hello, a couple days ago I went on a twenty mile bike ride and a hike the day before. After the bike ride, I slept 9 hours that night, took a 3 hour nap the next day and slept another 9 hours the next night. Way more sleep than I am used to and I am still very, very tired. Is this normal? Also, I gained a 7 pounds in 2 days! This must be water weight, but I am very worried as I am trying very hard to lose weight. Is this weight gain and sleepiness normal?
