Is It Normal To Get Premenstrual Symptoms All Month Long ?
I am 31 years of age, no fertility issues within my family, no cancer , high blood pressure and diabetes . I have been charting my menstrual cycles, 62 periods total...each cycle period cycle days 8 through 17 i have nausea , cramps, breast tenderness etc. I have been trying to conceive off and on since 2008 but nothing and I don t try every day each fertile period. Last two pregnancies weren t planned and it only took one time? Are these symptoms, generally normal? To cramp so much, for I cramp, before my period like 15 to 20 days before, during and after? I only have a few days where I m not experiencing these symptoms each month...

You might have anemia or generalized weakness as it suggests from your history.
As for period I think there is nothing wrong.
Go for blood check for Hemoglobin.
Take nourishing diet,some multi vitamnes suppliments and iron tablets.
