Is It Normal To Have A Numbing Pain In Arm After An Injury?
Hi - I had a small bruise on my arm after my husband accidentally hit my arm with the door.. It has been slowly healing over the past week and is uncomfortable numbing like pain. Is this normal? I have previously had bad bruising on that area from an assault. What should I do?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears that you have a muscle injury, which didn't heal up completely. Or there may be crushing of the periostium of the arm bones. And you had an injury over that injury. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis. you may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. calcium supplements, and pain killers. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get the relief. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
