Is It Normal To Have Abdominal And Back Pain After A Polypectomy?

HI i had a poly in my first part of duodenum and it was removed by a piecemeal polypectomy.My age is 41 years.
Biopsy came with a Gastric metaplasia against the background having mild chronic duodentis.Polyp was removed on 6th of october 2001 and doctor prescribed me Nixium 40 mg tablet a day for 3 months.I have to do a review in Feburary.Still i have abdominal pain,Back pain and bloating .Is it normal?
