Hello,
Generally such tupe of diarrhea are due to viral infection and become all right in 5-7 days.Eat light, drink plenty of water and rehydrate yourself well and may take some OTC antispasmodic tablet.
In case you get blood in diarrhoea or diarhoea doesn't become all right n next 2-3 days, consult your doctor for examination, stool testing and prescription of antibiotic,if infection is found in stool.
Thanks
