Hi,doc am in my period but is not flowing i don t even need a pad is it normal?

Less or almost no bleeding during periods is not normal.This can happen due to hormonal disturbance;anaemia;PCOS and even in case of pregnancy.Please consult a Gynaecologist for examination and treatment.
