Is It Normal To Have Swelling And Rashes Around The Area Of Tattoo?

I got a tattoo the back of my calf on friday, I have a couple and they have been fine. But this one has made my ankle swollen and there is a rash around the area. I know where its placed its a senitive area amyway but do I have anything to worry about.

Tattoo pigments can cause allergic reaction.

This can cause development of rashes.

Apply a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone.
