Is It Normal To See Epiglottis Of A 4 Year Old Child While Tongue Is Out?

my 4 y.o. niece' epiglottis s very visible when her tongue s out... compared with my children i cannot hardly see it... is it normal or should we seek help medically to prevent any uncontrollable problems that may arise... pls kindly enlighten us... thanks
