Is It Safe To Bottle Of Ehcinacea Goldenseal With MS?

I have been taking echinacea for years with good results. I have MS, an autoimmune condition. I am still mobile (PTL!), was diagnosed 34 years ago. The stores are all out of plain echincea. The store clerk gave me a bottle of ehcinacea goldenseal, the only bottle left on the shelf. I am leaving within a few days to go for a short visit to another country. This brand (Nature s Way) contains burdock root, gentian root, cayenne pepper (fruit) and wood betony (stem, leaf, flower). Would I be safe to take this for sore throat symptoms coming on? It has gotten good reviews on the web. Thank You.... Mary
