Is It Safe To Change Timings Of Fluzet For Children?

I am giving fluzet medicine to my son who is 4 yr old. My doc has given specific timings 7am 3pm and 11pm to administer the medicine. However i am not able to keep up to these timings. Can i change the time to 10am 5pm and 12om. So as to reduce the no if hours gap. Pls help.

Since timing is refferd only to check about that the this medicine is given 8 hourly. You can fix the timing of medicine by keeping in mind that it is given with the gap of 7 to 8 hrs a day.
