Is It Safe To Give Ofloxacin To Children With Loose Bowels?

Hi my son 3 yrs old. My daughter is 4.5. We are nearing the end of a 30 day holiday in India and both have loose bowls. Both are eating well and do not have any stomach cramps. Is the following medicine safe to give them.
2.5ml. Ofloxacin and orraidazole suspension

Hello.Ofloxacin and Ornidazole are used when exists digestive infection caused by bacteria or parasites (confirmed by analysis of stool or high suspicion of these pathologies). The drug must be prescribed by a Physician
For now if your child has diarrhea, you should hydrate properly, give astringent diet (rice, chicken, apple, banana, carrot) and avoid sugar and fatty foods.
If diarrhea persists it in a few days, go to your doctor.
I wish you good health.
