Is It Safe To Give Meftal-p For A Kid Suffering From Fever?

hi ...my 15 months old daughter (WT - 8.5kg) is having fever since yesterday in the morning the fever was around 100.5 ,I gave his 3ml of meftal-p.I repeated the medcine every 6hours. he doesnot suffer from anything. what should i give him now. meftal-P is safe or any other side effects

Yes meftal p is safe but should be given for high fever above 102 and dose to be repeaded 8 to 12 hourly..
Give paracetamol if fever is above 100F.
