Is It Safe To Go For Accurascope To Treat Chronic Lower Back Pain Due To Stenosis At L45,and Slightly At L5-s1?

Hello Doctor Grief.I have stenosis at L45,and slightly at L5-s1.I'm having severe and chronic pain in my lower back, and buttocks.I've been looking at all the information I can get about surgery and like the accurascope proceedures that are being offered at the North American Spine, in Dallas Tx. They offer low invasive type using an "Accurascope" epidurally. The doctors are not surgeons, but pain management doctors.I'm pretty desperate,as I can feel the tightness due to the severely bulging disc. Can you tell me if you think this might be too good to be true, as there are many good results, though I'm now reading the down side of this type of proceedure?cautious, yet hurting,Matt

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello, All these treatment apart from surgery are only experimental. I mean they may or may not cause pain relief. So if you do not want any surgery , you can try them. I do not have much faith in all these injections.
