Is It Safe To Have High Dosage Of Dolo And Other Tablets For Fever?

Doc from last three days i have been suffering from high fever so inorder to reduce the fever i took 4-5 tablets of dolo 650 including the tablets prescribed by my doc also plz culd help to knw whether it is safe to have this much of dosage and if nt wat r its effects

Dolo i.e. paracetamol , at recommended therapeutic doses (500-1000 mg ) in healthy subjects , paracetamol is generally well tolerated and causes minimal side effects ( virtually nil ).
If taken in large doses ( > 6gm or 6000 mg ) of paracetamol as in acute poisoning produces extensive hepatocellular damage and renal necrosis .
So you are taking just 4-5 tablets in day , so no side effects at all .
Drink plenty of liquid and water .
