Is It Safe To Take Jack3d While Nursing?
I had a baby 9 weeks ago, and I have started working out recently. I just ordered Jack3d, and would like to know if it is safe to take while nursing? I would love to start taking it as soon as I get it, but will wait if i have to. If it is safe to take, how long does it take to leave breastmilk?

jack3d is generally avoided during nursing..wait for 3-4months and then use it..small amts can go to the breastmilk.
