Is It Safe To Take Avil During Pregnancy?

sir I am getting itching in scalp and all body suddenly with rashes from yesterday night and it is intense during night, yesterday only I confirmed with pregnancy. is it safe to take avil now. I started progesteron capsule yesterday with my doctors advice I don't know whether it is a co incidence

Thanks for your question.
Generally speaking all medicines should be avoided in earl pregnancy unless absolutely necessary.
However, Chlorpheniramine is considered safe in pregnancy & can be used if prescribed by a doctor for some reason.
As far as your case is concerned I have strong doubts that you have had an allergic reaction to the progesterone capsule, & it need to be stopped. Please discuss this with your doctor first.
