Is It Safe To Take Biotin After The Periods?

hi i started taking super potency biotin for last two weeks un the middle i had to eat. primolut n for four days my periods started two days after stopping primolut n but the bleeding was very lught almost nil .. please help is it unsafe to continue biotin

BIOTIN is a B complex vitamin and is used in various conditions like hair loss,brittle nails,depression etc.It has no relation with the bleeding and you can easily continue taking it.It is perfectly safe.
