Is It Safe To Use Corex And Sinupret Together?

My daughter is 21 months old and has got the flu. We are using COREX 1.25ml morning and night along with Sinupret 3x a day with prospan cough syrup during the day and at night we give her Pholtex cough syrup just to get her to sleep during the night. Is the Sinupret suppose to cause a runny nose the whole time? And is it a good combination to use the COREX and Sinupret together?

lets take one by one
1-corex is not recommended for this age,it consist of codein,cause constipation,sedation,habit forming.stop it,
2-sinupret 3 x is a herbal product ,better ask from an ayurvedic doctor,stop it.
3-prospan -is a herbal product -stop it.
4-pholtex - is consist of dextromethorphan -continue it three times a day..
for running nose put saline drops twice a day,
give steam inhalation with 'vicks' twice a day,
yor wife would wash her hands with soap & water several times a day.
consult family doctor for physical examination.
