Is It Safe To Walk Around With A Synthetic Cast?
HI.. i m 18 years old.. i m 167cm tall and I weigh 57 kilos.. I twisted my ankle 3 days ago.. A doctor advised me to put a cast on and i did.. He said to put on a synthetic cast so that i can walk around.. is it safe to walk around with a synthetic cast?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a twisted ankle. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to maintain the ankle immobilized with the cast. I recommend to rest and maintain the leg elevated to prevent further damage of the ankle.
