Is It Safer To Take .03 Mg Premarin Than .625?

Is it better or safer to take .03 mg premarin than .625 or are both dosages relative safe considering the warnings, which I did read. Thanks. Jessica Also, are both dosages required daily or is it safer to take one every other day. Just a thought.

Hello Jessica.
The PREMARINE i.e. is estrogen hormone and normal dose depends upon various conditions i.e disease.
As for example vulvular 7 vaginal atrophy in adults 0.3 mg / day.
While in female hypogonadism adult dose 0.3-0.625 mg /day given cyclically, may titrate dose in 6-12 months intervals.
In abnormal uterine bleeding 25 mg vis I/V or I /M .
So please specify exact name of disease .
