Is It Serious If Was Hit On The Shin Which Hurts To Touch, But No Visible Bruising Or Swelling?

I got hit pretty hard in the shin, and its probably nothing. Its a pain that I have yet to experience. Low to mid shin, hurts to the touch, no visible bruises, and swelling is minimal to none yet. It s been about 10 hours since it happened, the pain isn t too bad. My question is could this turn into anything serious?

No if there is no pain and bruise after 10 hours has passed then I do not think that you needs to worried about. I would like to advice you that you can do ice application, take Brufen tablet for pain relief and also apply Diclofenac ointment.
