Is It Serious To Have Blood In Bowels Following A Car Accident?

I was in a car accident on Tuesday, SUV hit be full speed behind as I was stop. I went to ER by ambulance couldn't move. I was diagnosed with Lumbar Herniated disc and whiplash. Yesterday noticed bowel movement had a little blood. Today had had blood again and server crapping that I couldn't stand up. Also, when I cough it hurts but I am thinking from the seat belt that is? Is this normal or should I go back to the ER? I will call my DR in the am.

Thanks for query.I am so sorry to hear about your car accident.blood in stools and vomiting needs to be evaluated.go back to ER.have and ultrasound to check for hidden internal bleeding.regards
