Is Lightheadedness A Side Effect Of Depo Provera Shot?

i been on the depo shot for a month now and i been having some weird systems, lightheaded, cant sleep, im cold at all time, super sad like depress, blood in my stool, itchy skin, short out of breathe when i work out, and been spotting for 2 weeks straight

I have gone through your query & understand your concern.
Depot provera is known to have side effects like lack of sleep lightheadedness ,, depression/anxiety,irregular periods.( so your spotting for 2 weeks can be justified-.This gets controlled within first couple of months.
Itchy skin/ breathlessness signify allergy- which needs to be evaluated before your next injection.
Blood in stool is unlikely to be due to untoward effect of depot Provera. Actually this can be due to constipation, worm infestation, bowel infections.
