Hi well come to Hcm.
Its not bad for health. In a way its good because of it you get sexual satisfaction
which permits you to concentrate in your other activity like study, your exercise
games etc.If you remain unsatisfied there are all the chances you may not be able
to concentrate for all this as it is basic need of body. Thanks
