Is Methadone Causing Swelling Of Feet?

Hello, my name is Doug and I ve been on 80mgs of methadone per day for two years for severe back pain. Within a few days my feet blew up like footballs. I stopped taken them right away, but needed them and again, my feet became balloons again. What s happening, should I be concerned, is it the methadone? And is there anything else you can offer? Thank you so very mcjh.

Hi,

Since this a prescription-based medicine I would suggest you to meet the local doctor to see your medication that you are taking. Methadone can cause swelling in feet and legs.
