Is My Uterus Measuring 9*5*4.5cm Normal To Conceive?

this is how my pelvis look..:uterus is anteverted normal in size and outline.it is measuring 9*5*4.5cm.
endometrium is normal measuring 7mm.
both ovaries are normal.
right ovary measures 3*2 cm,left ovary measures 3.4*2cm.
mild free fluid in pouch of douglas.
help me doctor i want yo know if aim ok and if will be able conceive.
help me doctor?

Please do not worry. All your findings in the ultrasound are normal and there is nothing to suggest that you cannot conceive.
