Is Pain In Back Of Heel While Walking, Due To Foot Being Stuck Under Tyre Serious Injury?
Hello I got the back of my heel/ back of foot stuck under the tier of a car for about 3 secondes and at first i was in severe pain but there was never any swelling just a bruise above my heel.so i iced and it got significantly better within a the hour and i was abel to walk. next (today) i am abel to walk on it with some pain so i walk on my toes which helps. i has not improved very much in the past 24 hours but is not painful unless i touch it. What should i do to treat it and is this injury serious
After going through your complains first of all please do not think it is serious injury , it just mild don't take much worry for it.
Do following :
1-Give rest to affected ankle atlest 4-5 days.
2-By resting it will heal up easliy and early because there will be little bit muscle injury.
3-If possible apply tight bandage which help to make proper immobilization of ankle.
4-If not get complete relief in 4-5 days please refer to Orthopaedic surgeon for more help.
Hope best health for you.
