After going through your complains first of all please do not think it is serious injury , it just mild don't take much worry for it.
Do following :
1-Give rest to affected ankle atlest 4-5 days.
2-By resting it will heal up easliy and early because there will be little bit muscle injury.
3-If possible apply tight bandage which help to make proper immobilization of ankle.
4-If not get complete relief in 4-5 days please refer to Orthopaedic surgeon for more help.

Hope best health for you.
