Is Paraprotex Right Medication To Kill Parasites Causing Eczema In A Child?

Hi, my 17 months daughter has been suffering with very bad eczema since she was 3 months old. Recently we did an examination with a bioscan and she was found to have several bacterias and 2 parasites. One of the parasites is giardia lamblia. A doctor prescribed paraprotex to kill the parasites. Do you think that it is safe considering my daughter s age to use any antibiotic to kill the parasites quicker?
