Is Physical Therapy Ideal In Case Of Back Injury?

Im in the military and I injured my back 3 months ago and I have been to the doctor 3 times and the first time the said I had a fracture and then the next time they said I hurt it before I came in the military and now there saying I was born with it and during all this a have been doing physical therapy but it is not improving and tonight I can bearly stand up. What should I do?

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Physical therapy is an alternative of injury treatment.

In these cases anti inflammatory non steroidal are recommended.

But to determine the treatment you need a diagnosis.
To do that these tests are necessary:
1. Back Ct-scan.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Fibrinogen test.
4. Urine test.
