Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The causes for irregular periods may be the anemia, infection, or poly cystic ovarian syndrome. You may need to have per vaginal ultra sound and other blood tests for diagnosis. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to correct the problem. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
