Is Surgery The Solution For Slight L2-L3 Disc Extrusion Of Deep Root Nerve?

I am aged 32 female. I am suffering from back pain and numbness over left thigh. The MRI reads that thee is a slight L2-L3 disc extrusion to 2.5 mm compressing deep root nerve and also there is slight indemnation of the nerve. With antiinflammatory drugs and B12 and Vit E and I get relief. Should I go for microsurgery ?

Please advise.

Question : Should I go for microsurgery ?
Answer : Yes
You should go for microsurgery. The relief you get through antiinflammatory drugs and B12 and Vit E is temporary. You need to undergo surgery at the earliest
