hello user- "yes " all the major parameters are within normal limits including sperm count , motility and morphology - however possibly its a typing mistake that pus cells are shown 23/hpf instead of 2-3 /hpf but even then it indicates towards possibility of some infection of internal structures that produce and store semen like prostatitis,epididymitis etc - so consulting a good physician/urologist /reproductive endocrinologist can treat this with antibiotics, otherwise the report is ok . hope i answered your query , if satisfied please rate the answer
