Hi, I am from India. My son is passing 3 to 4 times stool everyday. yesterday it was 5. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Antibiotics might worsen if unnecessarily used causing antibiotic associated diarrhea. I suggest you use zinc supplements & ORS... All the above tests are approving of an acute watery diarrhea.
