hi doc what is cure to prevent shivering in cold seasons. my age is 21yr ,f ............... is flax seed/ nutmeg beneficial? which one is better

I think it is a normal response to shiver in cold. You should rather keep warm by wearing warm clothes. Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water as they keep a good circulation. Do exercise everyday to increase circulation and warmth of body. You can eat higher protein diet like eggs, pulses, chicken, lean meat for higher metabolic energy requirement and more body warmth as well. Nutmeg will be good but without above measures, less chance of keeping warm.
