Is There Any Medicine For Itchy Black Blisters On My Child S Back When Suffering From Chicken Pox?

my two year old son has chicken pox. some of the blisters on his back have burst and are very itchy and sore, he is allergic to calamine lotion so is there anything else I can put on the blisters to ease the soreness and itchiness? please email me at

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
The itching during healing stage of chickenpox can be minimized by giving Phenergan syrup 3times daily.
You may give any Antihistaminic syrup if calamine lotion is not suitable.
