acenac mr , ostovit dm , defcort 6 , sx4 , calcibest ,, i have joint pain in knees and taking these medicines, please can you tell is there any pain killer in these above mentioned prescription? i really feel good after taking these so just wonderis this because of some pain killer in the prescription.
